RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT #1 TO THE ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT FOR THE LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - HVAC RENOVATION PROJECT
Description
This amendment shall cover design and construction administration services for services to twelve (12) new portables and related civil engineering services to comply with Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) requirements. The cost associated with this amendment shall not exceed $29,000.00. Funds for this amendment are available in the project budget account.
Recommendation
That Amendment #1 to the agreement dated 2/6/2007, with Maddox & Associates Architects, P.A. dba The Maddox Group for the Lakeview Elementary School - HVAC Renovation project be ratified as presented.
